People who use doTerra‘s Essential Oils always tell people that when you apply some of the oils on the arch of the feet, you are receiving the best benefits the oils offer. The reason for this is that the bottom of our feet have the largest pores on them, allowing the oils to absorb quickly and totally into the body’s cellular system. When the oils are absorbed into the body they are directed naturally to where the body needs them. For those of you who are new to Essential Oils and might be skeptical about this, all’s I ask is that you trust me on this. In the past seven years I have seen many of our oils support our systems in all kinds of positive ways. I personally rub On Guard on the bottom of my feet every night, and depending on what I’m doing during the day, I choose which oils will benefit me the most for an activity or event I’m doing. For example: before I hike I always rub Peppermint oil on the bottom of my feet before I put on my socks and shoes. This keeps my feet cool and stops the chance of puffy skin forming from rubbing. ( read between the lines here…) I have also recently been applying Arborvitae, Rosemary and Frankincense on the bottom of my feet several times a day because I read that this mixture is very good for supporting and protecting the body from negative outside influences. As everyone knows, you can’t go wrong by using Frankincense in any way you want, every single day. ~ Our Breathe blend is another oil that can be beneficial when rubbed on the arch of the feet, just as our DigestZen blend can be.
